Vinyasa Yoga | Saturdays at 8:30am
Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement." This style of yoga is characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. This is commonly referred to as “flow” yoga. Whether this is your first class with us or you are looking to try something new, Vinyasa is the most popular style of yoga for all levels.
Yin Yoga | Mondays at 6:30pm
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time. The focus of Yin, is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility as the poses stretch and exercise the bone and joint areas. It also helps us to regulate the body's flow of energy.
