Healthy Honey Mint Lemonade

Prep Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins Servings: 7


  • 1/2 cup honey

  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves

  • 6 cups cold water

  • Optional: lemon slices and additional mint for garnish


  • In a small pot, warm 1 cup of water. Stir in honey until it is dissolved. Once honey is dissolved, add in fresh mint leaves + muddle.

  • Add remaining 5 cups of cold water and lemon juice.

  • Stir + serve over ice.
