Healthy Honey Mint Lemonade
Prep Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins Servings: 7
1/2 cup honey
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup fresh mint leaves
6 cups cold water
Optional: lemon slices and additional mint for garnish
In a small pot, warm 1 cup of water. Stir in honey until it is dissolved. Once honey is dissolved, add in fresh mint leaves + muddle.
Add remaining 5 cups of cold water and lemon juice.
Stir + serve over ice.
