Estelle’s Grilled Lemon Chicken

Original Recipe from:


3-4 pounds bone in chicken (breasts,thighs, legs)

1/2 cup olive oil

1/2 cup lemon juice

1 clove garlic, sliced

2 teaspoons dried Italian spices

1/4 cup chopped fresh basil and parsley

Pink Himalayan salt and pepper to taste


1. Combine ingredients in a measuring cup and pour into a zipper bag

2. Place chicken in bag and marinate up to 48 hours

3. Grill until juice runs clear
