One of our 8WW client recently finished her program and gave our team a list of her changes she experienced during her first 8 weeks.

  • Sustained straight posture without effort or pain

  • Better sleep

  • Fewer/no digestive issues (no IBS signs in several weeks)

  • Clearer mind

  • Right hip pain gone most of the time

  • No back pain except for original issue, which still being resolved with neurosurgeon

  • Knees and hips much stronger, can climb stairs at cabin carrying weight without issue

  • Better range of motion, particularly in neck

  • Gait improved

  • Can get up/down from floor without pain or risk
