2 English cucumbers (sliced)
1 avocado (large, pitted, peeled and sliced)
1/3 cup green onion (half of a bunch, chopped)
2 tablespoons lime juice (from 1 medium lime)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt (or 3/4 tsp table salt, or to taste)
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
