Wednesday's @ 6:30pm and Saturday's @ 8am
Our 60-minute flow class for all levels.
We will focus on coordinating movement with breath - moving from one pose to the next to create strength, awareness, and harmony. Our goal is that you will leave class feeling less stressed with your mind uncluttered and more focused.
Yoga has many benefits such as lowering your blood pressure, improving flexibility, building strength, protecting the spine, improving balance and so much more.

About our Instructors: Tracy Macon
Tracy Macon was first introduced to the practice of yoga while pregnant with her first son in 2003. She was delighted by the calming effects and the gentle way the poses opened her body. Yoga simply made her feel good and overall….happy! In January 2011, Tracy expanded her passion by attending the LifePower teacher training program in Scottsdale Arizona with John Salisbury and Jenn Chiarelli. Through this program, Tracy obtained her registered yoga teacher 200 hour certificate. Tracy has been teaching yoga for five years and is happy to be teaching in her community where it all started. She currently lives in Anthem with her husband, Christopher and her two sons Sebastian and Christian and their puggle named Remy.
